Community Code of Conduct
Standards of professional behavior, anti-harassment policies, and grievance escalation paths for all participants in E-Cell activities.
1. Core Community Standards
We are committed to providing a secure, constructive, and respectful environment for innovators of all backgrounds, departments, and skill levels.
Participants are expected to exercise mutual respect, share constructive critique, and protect fellow founders' confidential concepts.
2. Unacceptable & Disciplinary Behaviors
Harassment, hate speech, derogatory remarks regarding caste, gender, or religion, and non-consensual personal messaging are strictly prohibited.
Sabotage of rival competition submissions, unauthorized credential sharing, or falsification of team membership constitutes immediate disqualification.
3. Grievance Escalation & Whistleblower Safety
Any student facing misconduct, intimidation, or ethical violations may report confidentially to admin@ecellkwwieer.page.
All reports are evaluated by the Faculty Coordinator and Student Advisory Board with written findings provided within 72 hours under strict anti-retaliation policies.
