Competition Bylaws & Regulations

Rules governing team registrations, multidisciplinary formations, jury scoring rubrics, and grant distributions for Eureka and related challenges.

1. Team Formation & Composition Rules

Teams may consist of 1 to 7 members. Cross-departmental and inter-college team compositions are encouraged to foster diverse technical and managerial skill sets.

Every team must designate a Team Leader responsible for official submissions, communication with the secretariat, and award disbursement coordination.

2. Intellectual Honesty & Originality

All business models and technical architectures presented must be original works conceived by registered team members.

Use of open-source frameworks, public APIs, and foundational AI models is permitted provided adequate attribution is documented in the technical pitch deck.

3. Jury Evaluation & Finality of Decisions

Evaluations are performed by independent venture capitalists, alumni startup founders, and technical domain experts.

Scoring is calculated across 5 statutory parameters: Market Need (25%), Technical Feasibility (25%), Business Model Scalability (20%), Execution Traction (20%), and Stage Delivery (10%).

All jury verdicts finalized through the official scoring engine are final and binding.

4. Grants & Incubation Support

Cash awards and prototyping grants are disbursed by the Treasury Secretariat within 14 business days following bank account verification.

Top-ranking teams receive complimentary pre-incubation workspace and legal mentoring through the KKWIEER Innovation Council.
