Terms of Platform Use

Institutional terms governing user accounts, eligibility, communication guidelines, and administrative moderation across the KKWIEER E-Cell portal.

1. Platform Access & Academic Eligibility

Project Tattva is the official digital infrastructure of the KKWIEER Entrepreneurship Cell, maintained under the autonomous authority of K.K. Wagh Institute of Engineering Education & Research, Nashik.

Access to student-only collaboration channels, pitch decks, and internal venture management tools requires active registration and validation using your official institutional email or verified Permanent Registration Number (PRN).

By accessing or interacting with this portal, users agree to uphold academic integrity, institutional conduct standards, and applicable Indian cyber laws.

2. Student Venture & Intellectual Property Ownership

Zero Institutional Claims: KKWIEER E-Cell asserts NO intellectual property ownership, patent rights, or equity stakes in student startup concepts, code repositories, or competition pitch decks submitted through this platform.

Full Author Sovereignty: All proprietary algorithms, business model canvases, designs, and prototypes remain the exclusive property of the student founders who authored them.

Confidential Handling: Evaluation panels, faculty reviewers, and invited industry judges are bound by institutional confidentiality obligations when assessing non-public venture materials.

3. Prohibited Platform Conduct

Users shall not upload malicious code, engage in automated data scraping, attempt credential stuffing, or exploit application endpoints.

Impersonation of college administrators, faculty advisors, judges, or student executive committee members constitutes a severe disciplinary violation.

Any submission containing plagiarized research, falsified financial metrics, or unauthorized commercial advertisements will be summarily disqualified.

4. Verified Campus Directory & Communication

The Campus Directory is designed exclusively to facilitate multidisciplinary co-founder matching and skill discovery across KKWIEER engineering branches.

Using directory telemetry to harvest student email addresses or mobile numbers for unsolicited marketing, recruitment spam, or third-party databases is strictly prohibited.

Users retain the right to set their profile visibility to 'Unlisted' at any time from their founder dashboard.

5. Real-Time Chat & Collaboration Infrastructure

Public and team-specific channels are provided to assist co-founders with project sprints and competition preparations.

All communications are scanned in-memory for vulgarity, academic fraud, or abusive threats to preserve a professional ecosystem.

Channel moderators retain the authority to issue temporary communication mutes to maintain platform decorum.

6. Due Process & Administrative Appeals

Platform administrators are authorized to moderate violations through a four-tier disciplinary matrix (Warning, Channel Mute, Role Demotion, Referral to Disciplinary Committee).

Any student subject to administrative sanctions has the right to appeal in writing to admin@ecellkwwieer.page within 72 hours for an impartial faculty review.
